Support for years to come

Mersea couple Kevin and Karen Bentley both decided to leave a small gift to the hospice when they updated their Wills.

They finalised their wishes during Wills Month, using the services provided by Fisher Jones Greenwood, one of five solicitors taking part.

Karen, who runs Mosaic - The Conscience Marketing Agency, said: “The team at St Helena were a huge support when my mother’s late husband, Bill, died. Not only did they care for him at home, but they were there for her too. Leaving some money in our wills is a way for us to say thank you and to support the hospice in years to come.”

Her husband Kevin, who is Mosaic Chairman and the Leader of Essex County Council, added: “St Helena is such an important part of our local community and we feel it’s vital that we all support the hospice, whether it’s through their fundraising drives or lottery. We know the money is going to an extremely good cause."
