Home Care in Colchester, Frinton and Clacton

Who is Radfield Home Care in support of St Helena?

St Helena is proud to have partnered with the Radfield Home Care franchise in order to provide high quality care and support, charged at an hourly fee, to people within our local community in their own homes. While Radfield operates as a separate business to St Helena both have the same goal of providing valuable care services to people across north east Essex, with the profits raised from Radfield being reinvested into St Helena to help run our core services. Radfield’s services serve the areas of Colchester, Frinton and Clacton and aim to provide practical support to allow people to live their life independently for as long as possible.

At Radfield Home Care in support of St Helena, we understand that care is about trust, peace of mind and protection. That’s why we are always looking for new ways to provide top quality service whether you or your loved one requires assistance with day-to-day tasks such as medications, personal care and domestic support, or for more specialist demanding tasks such as rehabilitation, respite or palliative care.

What are the benefits of Domiciliary care?

Domiciliary care has many advantages and is often a preferable form of support for the swiftly growing population of ageing people within our local area. Some of the benefits include:

Independence - helping people to live an independent life for as long as possible is very  important to us. We recognise that being able to maintain your own routine and lifestyle is valuable to most people and that loss of independence can be a big worry for many people as they age.

Comfort is key – a key benefit of home care is that your loved one can stay in a place that is comfortable and familiar to them for as long as viable.

Personalised care – at Radfield a bespoke care plan is created to fit the lifestyle and needs of your loved one and ensure their health, safety, dignity and comfort are always the top priority.

One-on-one attention – with our domiciliary care you can be confident your loved one is the sole focus of the care professional. Your loved one and their needs will have their full undivided attention.

Peace of mind for family members – you can have reassurance that your loved one is being looked after and checked in on by care professionals.

Remain in your home – clients can be more at ease within a place which is comfortable, safe and familiar to them.

Companionship – living alone can become isolating and lonely, so our home care professionals can become a listening ear, a friendly face to chat to and can provide great company on a regular basis.
