40 years of care

For 40 years, St Helena has provided care, comfort, dignity and joy, supporting the people you love through life’s most challenging moments.

We couldn’t do it alone. It’s thanks to the support, generosity and kindness of our local community through donating, volunteering, taking part in events, visiting and donating to our shops, playing the lottery and supporting our social enterprise initiatives that we’ve been able to care for the past two generations. Thank you.  

Since 1985 we've supported tens of thousands of individuals and families through end of life care and bereavement. Together, we can ensure this legacy continues for the next generation and for the people you love.

Ways to support us in our 40th year

Processing fees

When you make a donation to St Helena Hospice, we are charged transactional fees by other companies, including fees for processing payments made to us, looking up addresses and validating bank account details.

We are very grateful to our donors who offer to offset some of these fees with a minor addition to their total amount. This is however completely optional and we are very grateful for your support whether or not you choose to contribute to processing fees.
