Our top party picks

After the lockdowns imposed last Christmas and New Year, we’re sure we are all excited to be able to celebrate with our loved ones’ this year.

Whether it’s a work Christmas party, a celebration with friends and family, or seeing in the new year with a fireworks display; it’s the perfect excuse to get dressed up and look our best. Don’t worry if you haven’t got a fabulous outfit to wear yet; we’re here to give you some inspiration for the special occasions with pieces found in our Colchester Boutique in Crouch Street.

Here are some of our favourite finds:

Party dresses on mannequins

You can’t go wrong with a dress, especially one with sparkles! There were so many beautiful dresses in the shop but these short length dresses really stood out.

If you’re not a fan of dresses, why not try a sheer blouse with your favourite pair of trousers for a sophisticated look.

Chanel boots

Every outfit needs a great pair of shoes to match and there were so many to choose from in our Colchester Boutique, from flats to heels or boots – they have it all. These leather Chanel boots were one of our favourite finds of the day.

Karen Millen black dress

We found two gorgeous Karen Millen dresses in store. Whether you prefer a sleek, little black dress, or a floral print, these elegant dresses are an ideal party pick!

Fur coat and dress on mannequin

Nobody wants to cover up their beautiful new party outfit with a boring coat, which is why we love these stunning faux fur coats – and the dresses under them.

You get to look stylish, whilst staying warm!

Outerwear

If a fur coat isn’t your thing, then don’t worry! There are so many other options for you to choose from for outwear in store too!

Christmas jumper

Who doesn’t love a Christmas jumper? With only a limited time in the year to wear them, don’t miss out and pick yourself up one. You can find them in most of our shops but we liked this gold snowflake design jumper in our Crouch Street shop.

Men's shirts

If dresses and high heels aren’t your style but you still want to dress to impress, there’s also a wide variety of blazers, shirts and trousers - men’s and women’s. Michael Kors, DKNY, Hugo Boss and YSL were amongst some of the brands we found whilst browsing through the men’s shirts, so we definitely recommend going to see what you can find!

Jewellery table

Don’t forget to accessorise! From Pandora to Swarovski, there’s so many gorgeous pieces of high end jewellery to choose from

Whatever your occasion, we hope we’ve provided some style inspiration and you decide to take a look and see what you can find in your local St Helena shop.
